Remote-first. Every role listed here is remote; we hire across time zones and coordinate asynchronously.
Ship, then iterate. We favor a working feature in front of real agencies over a polished spec no one's used yet.
Small team, real ownership. You'll own a feature end to end, not one slice of one layer.
